HOW TO JOIN & PLACE AN ORDER
1. Join the Southern Cross buying group by clicking on the My Profile (Head & Shoulders) icon in the top right corner of the Home page. Enter all of the information requested, then click on the "Create Account" link.
2. Once we review your information we you will receive a confirmation email that will allow you to log in, create your password and place orders.
3. Once you login to your account you will have access to the "Store" link to make purchases. Select your tires and add them to your shopping "Cart".
Special Note:
All orders MUST meet the manufacturer's minimum of 2,5000 lbs. (20-24 tires) and will ship for FREE. Once you click on CHECKOUT, then add your shipping address and click CONTINUE (to calculate shipping costs) if you see the word FREE for shipping, then your order meets the minimum weight.
*When you checkout, be sure to enter the name of your Association receiving purchase credits (such as "SWPA").
Simply click the "Submit" button to place your order.
4. You will receive an email confirming your order.
5. Once we review your order and confirm product availability, you will receive an email invoice with a link to view and pay for your order.
6. Once your payment has processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Then, listen for a call from the carrier to arrange delivery, normally within 2 to 3 days.
